Alakris is building a partner ecosystem where partners sell, implement, and support digital-worker solutions built on the Alakris platform for small and medium-sized businesses.

Partner Types

Integrators

Companies and specialists that implement Alakris solutions for clients: platform setup, integration with existing systems, user training, and post-implementation support.

Who it’s for: IT companies serving the SMB segment; digital agencies; system integrators with CRM/ERP implementation experience; business-process automation consultants.

What they do: * Implement Alakris solutions at client sites * Configure the platform for specific client business processes * Train client employees to use the platform * Provide technical support after implementation

Sales Agents

Specialists and companies that bring in clients: lead generation, initial negotiations, qualification, and deal support through signing.

Who it’s for: B2B sales professionals with SMB experience; business consultants with access to business owners; industry representatives; marketing agencies.

What they do: * Find and qualify potential clients * Conduct initial negotiations and presentations * Pass qualified leads to integrators or Alakris * Support the deal through signing

Strategic Partners

Organizations that open access to new markets and customer segments through partner networks, industry associations, and franchise models.

Who it’s for: Industry associations and unions; franchise networks; platform companies (CRM/ERP providers); regional representatives and distributors.

What they do: * Open access to new markets and segments * Organize joint marketing activities * Participate in product strategy planning

Financial terms (commissions, timelines, SLA) are unified across all partner types and depend on program level. Details are in the Partner Rate Card.


Partnership Levels

The program uses a 4-tier system with progressive requirements and benefits.

Important: The program level (Registered / Silver / Gold / Platinum) determines commercial terms — commission, SLA, and access to marketing funds. The certification level (Associate / Professional / Expert) determines technical qualification — which implementations the partner is authorized to run. These are independent axes: commercial terms depend only on the program level.

Registered

The entry level for new partners. Assigned automatically after registration and completion of basic training. Remains valid indefinitely while minimum requirements are met.

Silver

For partners who have demonstrated early results and are ready to scale. Assigned after 3–12 months in the program with ≥3 closed deals OR ≥₽500,000 in total ARR through the partner. Valid for 12 months with the option to renew.

Gold

For successful partners with a steady flow of clients and high-quality implementations. Assigned after 12+ months in the program with ≥10 closed deals OR ≥₽3,000,000 in total ARR through the partner. Valid for 12 months with the option to renew.

Platinum

The top level for key partners who drive a significant share of revenue and have deep expertise. Assigned by invitation/negotiation, typically at ≥₽10,000,000 in total ARR through the partner or as an exclusive regional partner. Valid for 24 months with personalized terms.

Registered

Resources: access to the Alakris knowledge base, participation in partner webinars, basic marketing materials.

Support: email support (48-hour SLA), access to the partner community.

Training: basic Alakris Academy course (1 module), implementation video guides.

Silver

Resources: full knowledge base access, commercial proposal templates, demo platform for client presentations, access to co-marketing.

Support: priority email support (24-hour SLA), dedicated manager, monthly strategic sessions.

Training: extended Alakris Academy course (3 modules), Associate certification, sales and implementation webinars.

Gold

Resources: exclusive marketing materials, participation in joint marketing activities, priority placement in the partner directory, access to the Market Development Funds (MDF) program.

Support: phone support (12-hour SLA), dedicated partner development manager, priority access to new features.

Training: full Alakris Academy access (5+ modules), Professional certification, participation in the Partner Summit.

Platinum

Resources: exclusive industry solutions, priority placement on the Alakris website, participation in product roadmap development, participation in the co-sell program (joint sales).

Support: personal technical consultant, 4-hour SLA, priority access to beta versions.

Training: full Alakris Academy access (8+ modules), Expert certification, participation in the Partner Advisory Board, exclusive training from the Alakris team.
