Alakris Partner Certification Program
Version: 1.0 Date: July 2026
1. Purpose of This Document
Alakris Certification is a formal process that confirms competencies and gives a partner the right to sell, implement, and support solutions built on the digital workers platform.
Certification is not a formality. It is a guarantee to clients that the partner truly knows how to work with the platform. Every certified partner is an ambassador of Alakris quality to SMB clients.
Core principles:
- Quality over speed — certification should not be easy to obtain
- Practical focus — real skills are tested, not theory
- Transparency — criteria are clear before you start
- Fairness — the same standards for everyone
- Anti-fraud — protection against obtaining certification without real competencies
2. Certification Levels
2.1 Three-Level System
| Level | Name | Description | Validity |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 | Associate | Basic competencies. The partner understands the platform and can run simple implementations. | 12 months |
| L2 | Professional | Advanced competencies. The partner can handle complex scenarios and integrations. | 12 months |
| L3 | Expert | Expert level. The partner is an authority and can train others. | 24 months |
2.2 Level Descriptions
Associate (L1)
The minimum level to start working. A partner at Associate level:

The level for experienced partners. A partner at Professional level:

2.3 Benefits by Level and Project Authorization
Important. The certification level (Associate/Professional/Expert) determines technical qualification and authorization for project types — NOT commercial terms. Commission is determined solely by your program tier (Registered/Silver/Gold/Platinum) — see your Partner Agreement. The table below describes the qualification/operational benefits of the certification level, not payout amounts.
| Benefit | L1 Associate | L2 Professional | L3 Expert |
|---|---|---|---|
| Access to partner portal | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Basic marketing materials | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Authorized project types | Simple implementations | + Complex integrations and custom scenarios | + Architectural and strategic projects |
| Access to advanced materials | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Co-marketing participation | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Priority support | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Access to beta features | — | — | ✓ |
| Right to train other partners | — | — | ✓ |
| Ecosystem council participation | — | — | ✓ |

Certification is also one of the qualification requirements for advancing your partner program tier (details are in your Partner Agreement), meaning it influences commercial terms indirectly as a condition for tier progression, not as a direct percentage.

4.5 Exam Administration (Proctoring)
Exams are supervised to ensure the result reflects the candidate’s real competencies: online exams require an enabled webcam and IP monitoring, some formats require a lockdown browser (blocking other applications during the exam). The number of attempts is limited (see the table in §4.1), and theoretical variants are unique for each candidate.
Certification may be suspended or revoked if signs of exam rule violations are discovered after issuance, or if systematic mismatch between the claimed competency level and real project performance is identified.
5. Renewal Requirements
5.1 Renewal Principle
Alakris certification is not lifetime. The platform evolves, and partner competencies must evolve with it. Each certification has a validity period, after which knowledge relevance must be confirmed.
5.2 Renewal Schedule
| Level | Validity | Renewal Process |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Associate | 12 months | Online test (20 questions, 30 min) + 1 implementation |
| L2 Professional | 12 months | Online test (25 questions, 40 min) + 3 implementations |
| L3 Expert | 24 months | Expert exam + presentation + 5 implementations |

- Beta testing participation — counts toward part of renewal
