Alakris Partner Certification Program

Version: 1.0 Date: July 2026

1. Purpose of the Document

Alakris certification is a formal competency validation process that authorizes a partner to sell, implement, and support solutions based on the digital employee platform.

Certification is not a formality. It serves as a guarantee to clients that the partner possesses verified expertise in working with the platform. Every certified partner acts as an ambassador of Alakris quality for SMB clients.

Key Principles:

  1. Quality over speed — obtaining certification must be rigorous
  2. Practical focus — real-world skills are assessed, not theoretical knowledge
  3. Transparency — criteria are clearly defined before the process begins
  4. Fairness — uniform standards apply to all participants
  5. Anti-fraud — safeguards against obtaining certification without genuine competencies

2. Certification Levels

2.1 Three-Tier System

Level Name Description Validity Period
L1 Associate Basic competencies. The Partner understands the platform and can perform simple implementations. 12 months
L2 Professional Advanced competencies. The Partner can handle complex scenarios and integrations. 12 months
L3 Expert Expert level. The Partner is a recognized authority and can train others. 24 months

2.2 Level Descriptions

Associate (L1)

The minimum level required to begin operations. An Associate-level Partner:

Requirements for attainment: * Completion of Foundation + one learning path (Sales / Technical / Manager) * Passing the exam (theory + practice) * Minimum of 1 successful implementation (verified by Alakris)

Professional (L2)

A level for experienced Partners. A Professional-level Partner:

Requirements for attainment: * Holding L1 status (for at least 6 months) * Completion of advanced modules * Passing the advanced-level exam * Minimum of 5 successful implementations * Recommendation from Alakris

Expert (L3)

An expert level for ecosystem leaders. An Expert-level Partner:

Requirements for attainment: * Holding L2 status (for at least 12 months) * Completion of all learning paths * Passing the expert exam * Minimum of 20 successful implementations * Public presentation of a success case * Recommendations from 3 clients * Approval by the Alakris Expert Council

2.3 Level Benefits and Project Eligibility

Important. The certification level (Associate/Professional/Expert) determines technical qualification and eligibility for project types — NOT commercial terms. Commission is determined exclusively by your partnership program tier (Registered/Silver/ Gold/Platinum) — see your Partner Agreement. The table below describes the qualification/operational benefits of the certification level, not payout amounts.

Benefit L1 Associate L2 Professional L3 Expert
Access to partner portal
Basic marketing materials
Eligibility for project types Simple implementations + Complex integrations and custom scenarios + Architectural and strategic projects
Access to advanced materials
Participation in Co-Marketing
Priority support
Access to beta features
Right to train other Partners
Participation in Ecosystem Council
Exclusive territories By agreement

Certification is also one of the qualifying requirements for upgrading your partnership program tier (details in the Partner Agreement); thus, it affects commercial terms indirectly as a condition for tier advancement, rather than as a direct percentage.

4.5 Exam Administration (Proctoring)

The exam is proctored to ensure results reflect the candidate’s actual competencies: online exams require an active webcam and IP monitoring, and certain formats require a lockdown browser (blocking other applications during the exam). The number of attempts is limited (see table in §4.1), and theoretical exam variants are unique for each candidate.

Certification may be suspended or revoked if evidence of exam policy violations or systematic discrepancy between the certified competency level and actual project performance is discovered after issuance.

5. Renewal Requirements

5.1 Renewal Principle

Alakris certification is not permanent. The platform evolves, and partner competencies must evolve alongside it. Each certification has a validity period, after which knowledge currency must be confirmed.

L2 Professional 12 months Online test (25 questions, 40 minutes) + 3 implementations
